Former Group VP of Customer Success at Marketo will drive Conga’s customer focus
BROOMFIELD, CO — February 11, 2019 — Conga, an application provider for companies looking to automate and enhance their business productivity through end-to-end Digital Document Transformation, announced today that cloud customer success veteran Srikant Sharma has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Customer Success.

Prior to Conga, Srikant ran global customer success at Marketo, leading the company’s metrics-driven transformation to focus on the customer experience and journey across all touch points. Srikant has also held leadership roles at Open Text, HP and NorthboundDGS, a global revenue and customer marketing agency, and has a deep pedigree of building and leading passionate, high-performance teams. Srikant has an MBA from Cornell University, and a Bachelors in Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering from IIT Bombay in Mumbai, India.
